F4 Tornado Hits West Liberty, Kentucky

This appears to be the first big tornado outbreak for 2012, this one so far has produced 70 tornadoes throughout the Ohio Valley Region. The short video taken below is of the F4 tornado that hit West Liberty, Kentucky as it was being formed.
