Joy To The World: An Alternate View

Have you ever read ALL OF THE LYRICS to the classic Christmas song, Joy To The World? It might not be apparent until the third verse, but that's no Christmas song!!! That song of praise is about Jesus' return to the earth, coming as King to rule the world, remove the curse, in which the entire creation, both heaven and earth, will respond with songs of praise! See for yourself...

When it says "let heaven and nature sing" it means it literally!!

Revelation 5:9-13

"And they sung a new song, saying, You [Jesus] are worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for you were slain, and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

And have made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

Isaiah 55:12-13

Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off."
